4. Quote Requests

• You may be contacted by multiple providers via phone, email, or WhatsApp
• We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes or that work will be performed
• All quotes and pricing are provided directly by service providers, not by Lekker Plumbing
• You are not obligated to accept any quote or hire any provider

5. Service Provider Terms

Service providers who join our network agree to:

• Maintain appropriate licenses, insurance, and certifications required by South African law
• Provide accurate information about their services and qualifications
• Respond professionally to quote requests
• Comply with Lekker Network's verification and quality standards
• Resolve any disputes with customers directly

6. Verification and Quality

While we verify service providers through the Lekker Network verification program (Levels 1-3), we do not guarantee the quality of work, pricing, or conduct of individual providers. Customers should conduct their own due diligence and verify credentials before hiring any service provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lekker Plumbing and Lekker Network:

• Are not liable for the actions, work quality, or conduct of service providers
• Do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform
• Are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our services
• Make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of information on the site
• Are not liable for disputes between customers and service providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) for using our services.

8. Pricing and Payment

All pricing for plumbing services is determined by and paid directly to the service providers. Lekker Plumbing does not collect payment for plumbing work. Service providers may charge fees according to their own pricing structures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Lekker Network or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including WhatsApp, ZeptoMail, and social media platforms. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
